I ordered the underwear that said it would prevent camel toe which is annoying for sure when in workout tights. I received the 4 pair of underwear and they did not have the extra padding that helps with camel toe. I wrote them and sent photos like they asked and I received an email that said they looked into it and they were the correct ones. I wrote back and they answered and said they would refer my complaint to the correct department. I have not heard from them even though I have written to them twice since my last email. They have horrible customer service and obviously are only concerned with getting your money and then they ghost you. Stay away….they are a terrible company and the underwear are not very nice anyway. Beware!!!
