Too many parties involved in process operations, which added unnecessary complications and dragged out longer than what it should have. Lack of clarity as well. The staff of the operations are not the issue. The set of the operations in the administrative process is set up by the the owner of AMBER or executive managers who are at fault here. Business plan of operations needs to be reviewed.
I was initially very stressed about accommodations, but Ms.Muskan L from Amber just made the process so much easier for me. We experienced a lot of technical glitches, but she was there throughout the process and made sure that I had nothing to panic about. She was very friendly and available everytime I wanted to contact her, she made my process very comfortable.
The representatives are located in international call centers, making communication quite challenging. They take a long time to respond, and there's a fee required before they assist you. Just because an apartment appears available online doesn't ensure its actual availability; the support team seems unaware of which apartments are genuinely free. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service.
