Although we like the bed I have always thought something was missing from the delivery.On the website it shows how to assemble the bed. Mine came already assembled in a big plastic bag which, of course the courier had squashed. I assumed that's how they were now deliveredThe sides are not as raised as shown in the website pictures.I subsequently ordered a thermoquilt and although the zip fits OK there is too much fabric which causes folds in the material where hair and dirt collect
