I was unaware of the cooling mats for their dog beds and was told they weren’t necessary. I had bought XXL cooling mats separately, and when I tried to order the right size, the costs were high, and shipping was an issue. Management was not accommodating, and I was disappointed with their offer of a 10% discount on my next order. I won’t be ordering again due to this experience.
