Ambrosia’s service is not even worth this one star. Their customer service is pathetic. I bought the blucon devoce that is suppose to be waterproof, I use their plaster supplied to me and water proof plaster and water still got into the devices, within less than 2 weeks the battery was flat, replaced it and the same happened. What was Ambrosia’s response? Replace battery and dry device with a drier. I have asked for a refund but they keep talking around the issue. Really arogant staff. They happily take your money but when issues arise they give you silly answer or ignore your messagesz
