So far my experience is positive about the device and their apps LinkBluCon and FollowBluCon. It does what they claim, reading updates every 5 minutes on phone and Watch, alarms for out of range readings, I can see how my glucose is changing after my breakfast and lunch and dinner. I am able to find milk products and bread increases my glucose. I will highly recommend this product anyone who is looking for real-time continuous glucose readings
