I've been waiting for a few days to redeem 100.00 and haven't received any responses from the support team or via email. However, I checked my account and saw that I was cashed out, which took about 3 to 4 business days, despite submitting 3 or 4 redemption requests. I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack of customer support.
