I had another good experience with American Alarm and Communications.I accidentally set off my house alarm during a stressed-out time. Although I couldn't find my code (a newish one), I was given an appropriate amount of time. I was was treated with care and understanding. I found my code just after that call. I then called American Alarm's main phone number. I was treated so well here, too. The person that answered quickly got the process going so that the police would not come. Success! I thank the two people I worked with. I was treated with warmth and care!! I have always had good experience with American Alarm and Communications. I highly recommend it.
