Folks, The installation and upgrade went well from my point of view, user/customer. The tech was on time, went about his task and was done in a half hour. My only comment is in regards to the box in the cellar which the tech left locked. If I have to change the battery in the box, I would not want to have to have a tech from American Alarm come out to do a task I can do. Maurice Murphy
