Ordered Prime bottles for my son who collects them, very expensive but he loves them so thought would be worth it for the rare ones. However one arrived damaged to the front of the label. Contacted customer service and they responded: “Unfortunately, we're a food and drink retailer and the contents (the beverage) is completely fine. It's in our t&c's that we don't compensate for cosmetic imperfections” So be warned if you are buying as a collector, I wouldn’t!
