If I could give zero stars, I would. My interaction with the broker was terrible. They misrepresented pricing solely to earn their commission and then attempted to negotiate with the transporter, leading to delivery delays. Despite signing a contract for $950 with $250 paid upfront and $700 upon delivery, they charged me $1000 to release my car. There was a total lack of transparency and customer service. I felt taken advantage of. Do not use this transport broker. Proceed with caution.
