My experience was wonderful. I ordered the chair that I fell in love with and put the color that I thought the picture was and sent my order off. A short time later I got a phone call from a gentleman there and he said he just wanted to make sure I was getting the color I thought I was. He said what color did you want? I said red. He said the color you ordered is crimson which is red and black, but mostly black. I said oh no I want plain red, he said like the American flag and I said yes. Well our retro style dinning chairs came yesterday and they are the most beautiful shade of red you ever saw! The quality is superb and I couldn’t be more pleased.
