This is the second time now that I have specifically ordered a "Luxury SUV" and a Sedan has arrived. The driver knew right away that it was wrong, based on the amount of luggage we had. In a previous limo ride we had, I complained that our driver and his car were horrible, and no one offered to do anything about it. I've been using this company for almost ten years.
