Just logged in yesterday, to do some business. Now today, I can't log in and get a message "that user info can't be found." What's the difference in yesterday, and today?? The only way to fix your OWN profile info is to use their chat or call. I won't be using this service again because I'm tired of having to chat or call them to update my own info. Deal breaker. By the way, the agent told me the chat wasn't working, try back in 30 mins. No. I don't have time for that, thanks.
