I don't have a lot of experience in purchasing gold. I contacted a lot of other companies. Most of them were not interested in answering questions (and I had several) they just wanted to know what I was looking to purchase. Some tried very hard to talk me out of buying what I wanted only to purchase what (I found out) was profitable for them. Most other companies had a very hard sell which made me very uncomfortable. Explain to me what the upside was along with the down side of what I wanted to purchase. Entering into this world was extremely nerve wracking for me. They explained what they were able to provide and what they weren't. I think the whole transaction took over an hour due to my barrage of questions. It was during a holiday and they explained the delivery could take a few weeks but they would do the best they could. They expedited the shipping! I received my order in a week. I was provided all the information I needed to make a smooth transaction which they receive the same day. This company was in contact with me every step of the way.
