My experience with the glasses was at it should be...no issues. However, regarding my helmet, it took over a month to locate a refund avenue only to find out it had to be returned to China. The issue was that it wasn't large enough, I ordered the largest available(pumpkin head) and even asked if it could be modified, I'd pay. Three months later....no resolution.
