2 months to verify my account and still no resolution. I submitted my driver's license, passport, selfie holding ID, proof of address, and correct personal details across four separate attempts. Every time, their third-party verification provider rejected the application with no specific reason given.
I asked multiple times for a manual review, a specific rejection reason, and guidance on what was actually wrong. I never received any of that. Instead I got the same canned response from seven different support reps: "We have escalated this" and "We will update you soon."
My ticket has been open since February 15, 2026. 26 emails exchanged. Zero answers.
