Beware of American Prana, they are professionals at lying. In February, I foolishly paid $599 for their services, opting for their basic plan advertised on their website. However, all I received was the LLC constitution, with neither the Operating Agreement nor the EIN number. After bombarding them with countless emails without a single response, I resorted to filing a complaint with my bank. Suddenly, they miraculously responded, insisting I retract the complaint for them to provide the EIN number, claiming they had already sent the Operating Agreement to my email, which was an outright lie.Blinded by their false promises, I withdrew the complaint, only to receive a reply stating that it would now take months for them to refund me since I had initiated the complaint. They also conveniently blamed my actions for their inability to provide the EIN number promptly, despite having it in their possession. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the funds were still with American Prana, a reputable first-tier American bank.To add insult to injury, when I reached out to the IRS to verify any progress on the issuance of the EIN number, they had no record of any such application. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to American Prana for clarification, they chose to ignore me. The most egregious part of this ordeal is their blatant lie about processing anything with the IRS, which they clearly didn’t do.In conclusion, I urge everyone to avoid American Prana. They are deceitful, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
