My experience with this service was outstanding. The process was incredibly fast, very affordable, and couldn't have been simpler. I would recommend it to anyone in need of an Emotional Support Animal. I plan to use them again in the future for renewal.
I have attended and trained dogs in other programs through the years. This program was by far the most effective best learning experience for both myself and the dog. Our learning progress was very effective.. thank you for these new skills that we have achieved.
My experience was fabulous and stress less!!! Debbie and James and his fur baby PeeWee were the best representatives to help me!!!! I was nervous because I'm moving into independent living community and I needed this letter for my fur baby Dot and Debbie and James were helpful!!! I thought my questions were stupid and time consuming to answer but they calmed my nerves!!! I'm so grateful!!! I got my new place!!! Thank you!!!
We have to move and every place we've tried to find that is decent says "absolutely no pets" and the idea of not having our beloved Jesse (cat) was unthinkable. I saw a man in a grocery store with his ESA cat in a back carrier and he encouraged me to look into certifying my cat. It was simple and so worth it. We are moving into a new rental home next weekend and our girl is going with us! No deposit, no pet rent and no stress.
I have no family remaining. My parents have been dead for years and my last remaining sibling passed away suddenly this past July. I have few close friends and live alone. My husband has Alzheimer’s Dementia and lives in an Assisted Care Facility nearby. His memory is gone. My dog, Murphy, was a rescue from a puppy mill. It was love at first sight for the two of us. He has always been at my side since I got him a little over a year ago. So he has now rescued me from the loneliness that I feel.
Have received nothing from American Service Pets. No ESA letter, other documents, etc. Poor communication. Please reply immediately. May experience was amazing. I started with Debie & had to begin working with Brittany. They were both helpful. Brittany is amazing & perfect for my personality. She is very understanding, passionate & patient. I highly recommend ESA to anyone the true needs there far baby. Cause the not pets there your calm.
I am very pleased with signing up. Everything happened so quick and sufficient. The Doctor called me right away and I was approved within minutes of talking with him. As I read the terms sent to me by email, I'm learning more about the laws and regulations regarding a ESA. I didn't know that we were protected to this level. I know now! Thank you for your help and understanding. Keep up the good work and keep coming with the information.
