I purchased a vest for my brother in law because he’s very tall and always has a hard time finding clothes that fit. Honestly I wish I just read some reviews before ordering from this company. What they say about the customer service is correct, it’s horrible. The chat bot they have is infuriating, when you finally get to where they offer to speak to a human they create a ticket and say you’ll get a response in 1-2 business days. I purchase the item with priority shipping which stated 1-2 business days. The express shipping which was more expensive however said 3-8 business days. Obviously I chose priority shipping knowing it would still come after the holidays (not worried about that). It said it would arrive on Tuesday the 26 which would have been a solid 7 regular days (cute makes sense with the long weekend etc) however when they shipped the item out it said it wouldn’t come until the 29th and I’m not mathematician but I do believe that is over 5 business days. So I try contacting customer service and to no success I had to go to Instagram dms to get a hold of a human being. I asked if they could double check they actually sent with priority shipping because that’s what I paid for. They responded pretty quick and said they would look into it and get someone to email me that day, which they did. The person on the email said priority shipping was used and since it’s “3-6 business days it’s within the timeframe.” I have a photo of the priority shipping saying 1-2 business days…mind you I’ve received other packages from the uk and Australia within 4 business days using priority shipping through the same shipping company. I responded saying how I was a bit confused as they is not was was stated when choosing the shipping options because if it was I would have just not paid for shipping (since it was free) which funny enough had a faster shipping estimate then the express shipping. I ended up speaking to UPS after checking the tracking and they informed me that my package was sent with standard shipping and not priority or express, so I’m not too sure what happened there!The entire experience for me personally was a little bit of a bummer especially since I could have read reviews and just avoided all together. Oh well stuff happens but if my brother in law would like to shop with them in the future that’s perfectly fine as it is still very hard to find clothing for tall people, unfortunately this will be my first and last time! Small companies definitely are not perfect but I do believe there are a few kinks that have been stated by a few customers that need to be ironed out!
