Bought 3 set Luggage while using the luggage the first time it opened in the airport it was embarrassing the quality is very bad its disappointing because the quality used to be amazing. Called to get the claim processed the customer service was bad and they did not resolve the issue. Spent a lot of money to have non working luggage. Disappointing.
