Suit case was 200grams heavier than advertised (weighed on three different scales.) Suitcase was delivered with scratches. Customer service is giving me the run around and wanting to charge me for return delivery on a damaged suit case. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the product via post and a refund still hasn't been provided after I've done everything they have asked in their convoluted refund process! Don't buy from the online American tourister store!
