BE WARNED WITH RETURNS.I tried to simply return a suitcase with the 14 days policy, returning since my trip was cancelled. Upon requesting a refund and being prompted an email to say a return label will be sent to me via email, 3/4 weeks have gone by. No return label and when speaking to customer service and sending back and fourth emails, they keep saying the "warehouse team" are the ones responsible for processing return labels. We seem to just be in a massive loop, hundreds of pounds still to be refunded. First interaction with this company and it's just not worth it.. rather find a different company that deals with any type of issue promptly.Still not resolved!Order number: UKAT00442725
