In simple terms Annette W. is a gem of a person. From the moment we spoke I felt I was talking to a genuine caring professional person on the other end of the phone line. After several conversations and her willingness to listen patiently with a few laughs in between over my saga . Her willingness, understanding and yes tolerance to answer each and every question I posed to her and answered in detail how our business relationship would proceed. WE( my husband and I ) decided to proceed with getting America's choice professional help. Let me start out by saying we are in my opinion not your run of the mill clients. First off both my husband and I are brain injury patients whose memory and recall is for a lack of better terms lacking. Our sense of order Thank You Covid long haul and Agent orange Parkinson's & multiple illness. Those impacts makes us high maintenance clients. We have lost 3 years of our collective lives. Resources we thought once would take care of us is coming in and out as fast going out the door. Once we did everything for ourselves and now we need an army of people to take care of us. Annette was so refreshing to deal with because our experience was the opposite of the spectrum of people we were interacting with of late. We could no longer keep the wolves away from our door. From predatory lenders to collections so at 70 & 77 years of age having given 22 year of service to our country and combined 70 years of service to our community which included year after year paying our mortgage and all taxes. We were now on skid road and needed someone to help us get off this deadly path that we did not put ourselves on. A little thing called a virus something one needs a microscope to see was far reaching to our household and our immediate family members. We suffered loss on every level and we had to help our family stay afloat. Some help required funeral expenses and recourses to shave off evictions. Yes we like others received help but it was not enough. We need help to manage our every day items like our banking doing our taxes ordering our groceries. Driving us to many many MD appointments to actually managing those appointments and setting up our multiple med trays. My husband always says "Stroke victims should not take care of stroke victims". But here we are 3 years later getting back at the helm but the TAX hill we need to accomplish it's stack up against us and our memory and organization is pitiful. Our sense of order is still out to lunch. Beside due to our brain injury we need legal professional over sight. Which brings me back to Annette W. Thank You once again Annette, for just the three days we been interacting the fog of worry has lifted. In short people like you every customer care business need people like you, you are the quintessential customer care person. If only you could be clone or loaned to the IRS and other governmental agencies. You are a gem of a diamond in the ruff.
