Have not received order or gotten any updates on it. Status has been the same since June 16 and it is now July 2nd. I only ordered a small piece so it should’ve either arrived by now or I should have some sort of update. I have sent countless emails and have received no replies, absolutely nothing. I can’t get a refund or my crystal because I am not receiving any response back. Disappointed, this crystal was going to be my graduation present but mostly, I want my money back.
