I tried to pay for an e sim and it didn’t work. The website kept crashing and it kept not accepting my payment. I tried different devices, browsers, cards and WiFi and it still didn’t work. Reached out to customer service. They asked me how I found their website and then never actually responded (despite me following up) to fix the issue or help me buy an e sim. It shouldn’t be that hard, so I went with Mobi Matter instead who I’ve bought from before and had better customer service.
