Hired them on July 31st. A week into the nonsense, I had to demand a refund. They transferred me to someone else who convinced me to stay. I provided around 30 complete listings, and after three weeks, I received a poorly put-together page that lacked the correct colors and image arrangement. If they can't handle 30 listings in a month, how could they possibly manage my next project with about 300? This is absurd. The fact that they have a rating above 4 completely undermines credibility.
