Avoid these individuals! I hired them about three months ago for an e-commerce store, and they claimed to be professionals. Their sales pitch was impressive until I paid. Working with the project manager, who seemed inexperienced, required me to guide him throughout the process. What he delivered was complete nonsense, listing items for $8,000 without any customer reviews. Who would buy anything like that? Moreover, they registered the domain in their name and are now refusing to transfer the store back to me. My advice: find someone better and more responsive. This experience has been a complete nightmare.
