I strongly advise against using this service. My website has been non-operational for weeks, and I've received no communication or responses to my calls, texts, and emails. I paid $1,400 for website design and SEO in August, but the site only functioned until January, despite having paid for a year's worth of hosting. This is absolutely unacceptable!
