I regret to share my experience with Sally Wilhelm, who signed all the returns under Amity One Tax. They have taken down my reviews before stating she doesn't work there anymore. But she did when she did this to me.
As it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I hired her for assistance with tax-related matters, but it quickly became clear that she lacked the knowledge and professionalism required for such sensitive work. Not only did she provide incorrect and misleading advice, but she also took my money and disappeared without completing the services she was contracted to do.
Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she has been completely unresponsive, leaving me in a difficult situation. It’s clear that Sally cannot be trusted, and I strongly advise others to avoid working with her at all costs. Her actions are unethical, and she has no regard for her clients or their financial well-being.
If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and reliable to handle your taxes, look elsewhere. Sally Wilhelm is a scammer, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same unfortunate experience. And as for Amity One, they hired her so that says it all.
I just got a call from them and they are obviously scammers. And the good reviews you are seeing here, we're obviously bought and paid for. They can legitimately go fck themselves as uncomfortably as possible, in their shitty warehouse cubicles.

Few years back I contacted Emityonetax. They asked for 5K and would fix all my tax issues. Lower my tax by 5K or they would give me a refund. Put me on a payment plan I could afford. Once you pay them they are very hard to get ahold of I paid the 5K gave them all my info. Months later I called they said they needed another 5K. I was at the end of this mess and soon it would be done. I would receive a letter from the IRS stating so but they needed more money. So I paid it. Now they are contacting me this has been several months. I’m afraid to call them because they will ask for more money. I could have paid that 10k to my tax bill Not sure what to do. Taxes and Amityonetax stresses me out. I couldn’t afford paying them what I have already. Had to use a credit card. Now do they want more money ? I tried calling and asked for Mathew some random person answered when I said may I talk to Mathew he said what is your name so I can pull your file. I’m at a loss here
The Amity Tax Relief rep promised me they would lower my taxes and they would give me a refund if I was not happy with their resolution. At first I could not get through to a manager to get the refund that I was promised. Amity just now called and said they would issue me a refund and fired the rep who made those claims.
Dealing with tax debt an be daunting, but Amity One Tax made the process much easier. Their team was knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through every step and helping me reduce my tax burden. I'm grateful for their assistance.
