The customer care from this company is appalling

I received an online order. The package arrived damaged and the paperwork was missing so I didn't have any information regarding returns. There is no working phone number to contact them so I had to email.

All I wanted to know was what is the returns time frame? Do I have 28 days 30 days 14 days? Can I return online items to store? Is the return date from the date the order was placed or from when the order was received?

However, this rather simple request proved far too much for them to possibly handle and after around eight emails I am left to leaving them a negative review on here as I still have no idea how long I have to return the item

I have just put many of their products through arduous conditions in a trip to Iceland: for example, the leather walking boots I bought where not only very comfortable, they were solid underfoot and kept my feet dry

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Regatta and won’t be ordering again.

As a signed-up member, I was supposed to receive free shipping, yet when I placed my order I noticed I had been charged for delivery. I expected this would be sorted quickly, but that wasn’t the case.

When the parcel finally arrived, the item didn’t fit properly, so I had to return it following Regatta’s official returns procedure — at my own expense. Having already been incorrectly charged for shipping in the first place, this was frustrating enough.

What made the situation far worse was the refund process. It took over six weeks and numerous emails to customer service before I finally received my refund. I was given repeated assurances and promises that it was being dealt with, but nothing happened without me chasing it up again and again. To add insult to injury, I never received a refund for the original shipping fee that I should not have been charged in the first place.

Overall, a very poor customer service experience, slow refunds, broken promises, and additional out-of-pocket costs. I expected much better.

I purchased some items that were too small from the online shop and now 16 days later am still waiting for a refund there is no response from customer service to help with this and they are just ignoring. Would not recommend no support from customer service and if it doesn't fit you might as well keep it as itlf you want another size you end up paying twice

Ordering process and delivery were excellent, and product was of good quality however I had to return robes as there is just not enough hood to cover my head, it’s short from neck to top of head and finished at hairline leaving forehead and face open to wind and rain. Reading reviews from other purchasers they too have found this to be an issue.

Delayed shipping and unresponsive support

The order was shipped well past the timeframe indicated on the website, and when I reached out to customer support for clarification, I received no response. Upon finally receiving the order, I found the bag was torn open, with part of the damage covered by masking tape. While this may have been the fault of the courier, the items inside were extremely dirty. I would have returned them for a refund and chosen to shop elsewhere, but they do not provide free returns. As a result, I had to wash the items before using them. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from them online again.
