I placed an order through Amlore, but to this day I have received neither a confirmation email nor the package itself. After repeatedly trying to get in touch, I finally managed to speak to customer service, who simply shifted the blame to the courier. The courier, in turn, pointed back to Amlore.There has been little to no communication, no effort to resolve the issue, and as a customer, I feel completely disregarded. This is entirely unacceptable. I demand immediate clarity regarding my order and an appropriate resolution. If I do not receive a response within a very short timeframe, I will be forced to take further action.
