Hello, my name is Harry M. and I’m a disabled U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. I’m a new customer to your company because of the Outstanding Customer Service provided by Jeffrey R. who handled all my questions with patience and his Vast Weapons/Ammo knowledge. He deserves a raise and any other form of compensation in order to keep him as your customer service associate. I called 5 other companies and I was unhappy with the abrupt and short tempered associates after just asking a few questions. My order was only 428.00 dollars but it will increase over time once I get accustomed to the range. Once again…Jeffrey is a Star Associate…God Bless Him and His Family.Great Company!!!Called again just a few moments later and ordered a couple of Ammo Cans from Jeffrey R. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable…once I find a good associate I stick with them for years! Also…High Marks for Jonathon M. …Good Associate also and very polite. I unfortunately have to be loyal to Jeffrey since his assistance on my first order was Excellent. Jonathon and I conversed a bit about family while transferring me to Jeffrey R. I respect that Jonathon did not jump the sale and take it for his own. That is High Character…whoever hires your associates they are doing a Great Job because today’s form of impersonal sale’s frustrates me completely. Again…Great Company…Awesome Associates!!! Outstanding Marks to HR and the Bosses for running an exceptional company!Later in the day…I received a message from their manager Joshua acknowledging my messages to his employees where he promptly posted them for his associates. High Marks to their Manager Joshua relaying the positive messages that day! Joshua’s statement:Hi Harry, I'm one of the managers here at Ammo Man, and hearing your testimony makes me smile from ear to ear! We do take pride in our customer-centric associates. Best,JoshuaI waited till today Sunday January 18th, 2026 to finally post this review because I can happily state I already received my shipment today and I only ordered it on Thursday January 15, 2026. Great timing, free Fed Ex shipping (minus fee for shipping signature for safety reasons) and very discrete shipping packaging and labels!
