I have used them for years and have had no problems at all. I have used various credit cards and debit cards with no issues, either. I get my order within a week of paying for it. My UPS man and FedEx man know that they can leave it on my porch without a signature.I get the feeling that some of the folks that have difficulties are angry about something else.I just placed another order in the last week and have received it, already.
