Part of Order stolen, Customer Service replaced it :)

800 rounds($147 worth) of my order was stolen during shipping. Jeff at Customer Service answered the phone, spoke English, and actually works there. These are all things not to be taken for granted in this day and age. I told him about the missing portion of my order, and he advised me to take pictures of the damaged package, the delivered items, and the shipping labels, and to give a description of the events as I knew them. He advised that he would put in a claim with UPS and that they normally take a week or two to process the claim, and that he would expect them to reimburse Ammunition Depot for the missing portion, and that they would replace it. With no further communication from me, Ammunition Depot shipped me the missing portion of my order at no cost to me. It arrived 11 days after I notified them of the missing portion. I could not be happier with the customer service, as I had not opted to insure my order and thought I might just be out of luck. Ammunition Depot frequently has sales with phenomenal prices and even promotions of free shipping on heavy orders, but the customer service has cemented my loyalty to them to fill my ammunition needs in the future.
