I applied for a loan and they assured me they could assist with approval. They claimed to operate differently from other lenders. However, after a call, I was placed on hold and then transferred to a so-called 'credit bureau agent' who basically told me my credit was terrible and needed fixing, making it impossible for me to secure a loan. That same day, I approached a different lender who approved me immediately, even offering more than I initially requested. They found nothing wrong with my credit and were puzzled by my previous experience. I will never work with this service again. The level of disrespect I encountered when dealing with the 'credit bureau agent' was unbelievable. Although I rarely leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience, especially during a difficult time when I needed financial help. Ultimately, I’m just relieved to have secured my funds!
