1. No enough “Professional Equestrian Coach” — we really do not want to pay GBP42/ 30minutes lessons; only to get a student as Equestrian coach to training our kids. It is really dangerous. If any hurt happen for our children , the student are not any Risk control. It is unacceptable.To be honest Recently private lessons go really poor. Only see one “Professional Equestrian Coach” lots old Coach left. The owner start use student to do the Coach job and run private training. And Told us these student are qualified. And she think we have not give chance to these students are rude…….. Actually we have been told to pay GBP420 for 10 lessons and we do try 3 day lessons there ( with these student Coaches); the last lessons only give us 15 minutes…… really unacceptable.3. Each lessons give a different Coach and we have meet 3 different coach to teach our child and the last lessons only 15 minutes even we pay GBP42( then we make phone call to complain, then the owner just complain back said we speak too louder and she think a customer speaker louder complain is rude and she start to looking for excuses to stop any lessons to us. ) 4. We still waiting for payment return.when we call them to ask when can we get payment return. They no any detail plan return payment to us . just tell us wait, we don’t know how many months need wait.5. When the owner could not offer professional service. She have no idea to improve their service or try get better management for her business. Just looking for unacceptable excuses to push customers complain back. 6. The Ampfield Riding Stables staff told us the owner she lost her some special relative and could not Control emotion. Sometimes just crying in office (Maybe it is the reason this Riding center could not give qualify service ) The owner just mix private life and business together. 7. As customers we have paid all cost and we do want to get professional qualify service. If Ampfield riding Stables are not ready running business, we will have to give up. We don’t want our children to get any hurt in one wrong riding place. We have to stop any lessons in here . Need payment to return8. We told Anna(the owner daughter) and told her we have to stop lessons here if no any qualify coach to give private lessons and ask her return our rest payment .we have paid 10 lessons cost GBP420 and only join 2.5 lessons and the rest 7.5 lessons cost need return). She start use Vicious language attacks and abuse customers.9.We really want to ask the owner did you know what is really rude? ( we do believe you know your daughter Anna more than anybody else) 10. Wish you can improve your business services not always looking for excuses it is not any helpful . Hope you can get ready one day.

Welcome to Ampfield Riding Stables. We offer instruction for ages 4 years old to 70 years years old. Our ponies and horses, combined with our enthusiastic instructors aim to provide you with not only expert tuition but fun.
We try to keep our lessons small, with no more than 4 – 8 in a group. All groups will be made up of similar standards . We provide training from complete beginners to advanced in flatwork and showjumping, we have a purpose built lunge pen for lunge lessons and the very nervous.
Gerda Weston has an excellent reputation in helping riders to reach their full potential. Gerda worked with the Royal Family’s horses before starting her teaching career in 1972. Once her daughter Anna Beck started competing in 1986 Gerda devoted her time in training Anna to the highest level.
