Ampika’s was a great experience I’ve learnt loads Gemma was amazing !
These women know exactly what they’re talking about it’s very inspirational although I would say training isn’t for the faint hearted and just to remember if you’re younger you may struggle more I guess would be how I would put it but overall it is good and I do think I will maybe do another course
