What a fantastic brace! I initially ordered an XL based on the size chart for my waist (35”). It was too large and slipped a bit. When I contacted customer service, I received a new brace promptly in Medium, as the representative advised me to trust her judgment. The Medium fits perfectly, providing good support and a snug fit. I usually don't shop online due to being old-fashioned, but I must say I've never encountered better customer service. Thank you!
