After ordering the incorrect size, I emailed the company, and Caroline Davis from the support team quickly responded to my concern. She sent additional instructions on how to re-measure my knee and sent the correct size. Unfortunately, this was still not the best size, and she continued to work with me until I received the correct size. When asking for instructions to return the incorrect size knee braces, Caroline instead said to pass them to someone who might be able to use them or gift them to a charity. She made the process very easy, and I appreciate Ampknee's prompt responses. Thank you for being so helpful throughout the entire process.
