I placed an order and received the product. After putting it on and wearing it a few times I realized it was to big. I emailed the customer service dept on a Sunday and they answer me the same day!!! I asked how I could replace my sleeve and Caroline was not the least worried about how I exchanged the product at all but wanting to get me the correct size. After a few emails back and forth it was determined I needed another size. She had my replacement in the mail the same day!!!I am so impressed with the customer service I was given and how concerned she was with helping me the same day!!!Thank you so much for all your help. Extraordinary customer service!!!
