I'ts a nightmare to cancel any and all services what this company. It's a little late for this company my father's memorial service has come and gone.. I had hopes to use their software service for my father's celebration of life slideshow but that train already left the tracks. Without their software. I was then going to use your services for the two websites that I'm the webmaster of they don't seem to respond to emails.. So at this point I'm asking the company to cancel any and all services that I might be obligated for. I was hopefully I'll receive a timely response back from Smart Show 3D regarding my cancellation. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from them but it's been awhile. I don't believe they care about their customers. So I'm posting this negative feedback. Buyers beware of there customer service.
