On September 14, I downloaded PhotoWorks to test it. Almost all functions were possible, but only the (area) repair brush was not, this function is only available in the purchase version. Well, the software is not too expensive and I'll take the risk and buy it. It was exactly the risk; the (area) repair brush did not work properly, I can also use Photoshop. I only wanted to use the software for quick removal of, for example, sensor spots when I am on the road. I wrote to support and I explained everything and sent a screenshot with my complaint. The wrong correction, a stripe remains visible, could not be, was the answer, whereby it was the case with several pictures, I should send the original picture, I do not do this in principle. In the meantime, I found a functioning programme from InPaint, which does the job perfectly. The AMS-Support refused to refund me because the software can also be used for other purposes. The company AMS-Software is probably aware of why they do not offer the repair brush in the test version because it simply does not work.
