AM Surveying and Block Management Limited manage the building, Colour House 2, SE1, where I own a flat. Since 2015, there has been critical leaking on the building's roof. ALL 13 flats in the building have suffered incessant, dreadful, material leaking. To date (2023 as of writing) AMS refuse to fix the issue, and repeatedly ask for photos or inspections with little to no follow up. We live with sodden walls, floors and mould. We are at our wits end and are taking legal action. In addition they purchased the free hold of the building (via a shell company) and have built 2 apartments on its roof. The ensuing damage caused and additional leaks through exposure of the roof took more than 2 years to fix. You have been warned.
