The microscope worked well initially, but the light quickly stopped functioning. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that a part needed replacement and that I would have to pay for it. We had only used the microscope a handful of times. When we argued it should be covered, they insisted we pay. I strongly advise against buying this product.
