We booked two excursions with Natalie from Amstar at Majestic Mirage Hotel and paid 656$. The first excursion had to be changed from VIP to normal because of the day we could go, so Natalie refunded us 90$. Because she couldn't do the refund directly she had to do it via the bank and I got the refund a few days later. The second excursion nobody came to pick us up because they hadn't noted the right day! We went to Natalie, who apologized for the error and assured us we would be reimbursed the excursion price (328$ !!) within 10 working days via the bank. She filled out a form that I signed. This was on March 2nd 2021 and I still haven't received anything yet. I have contacted them by all possible ways, but never receive a reply, except to "wait as the case will be processed". I would not recommend booking with them at all. It's bad enough that the tour was cancelled, but having to fight for months to get a refund when you come back from holiday is just infuriating.
