Worst company I've ever worked with.Don't even bother with them. All I wanted to do with them was pay them to format my book, and they kept trying to push a high 4-figure to 5-figure marekting/promotion to me, despite me saying I'm not interested and can't afford it.All they'll do is waste your time and side step your questions and concerns if you tell them no. They'll give you bullcrap sob stories to try and guilt trip you into paying into their marketing nonsense.Even when I specifically told them that I didn't want to deal with the current account manager, they put you into a false sense of security by giving you a new account manager, and then sneakily switch back to the old account manager to try and sell me a promotional plan again.What a complete waste of two months of my time. Now I have to start all over again in the formatting process of my book.
