I bought a gorgeous perfume that arrived in perfect condition but I wish they'd send confirmation emails, updates on tracking and responses to email. I had contacted my bank to open a dispute to get my money back as they were not updates on the parcel and my emails were going unread. Other than that, my perfume came. Fix your communication with clients!!!!!
Shipped at the next day from ordering, perfect packaging, playful extras! Their original perfume is also very good and inexpensive. Absolutely good experience, recommended!Edit: Because of them miswrote the amount, I had to pay $30 in customs duties that I didn't have to pay. Also I sent e-mails asking for tracking number couple times but got no response. Can't hope them a good customer support. Just sad. :'(

I ordered 3 products from the Al Rehab Sabaya range and I received all items as described in excellent condition and for fantastic prices which also included two free samples, and shipping only took 7 working days to Ireland, which is a bonus. The only disadvantage is the shipping cost but it is kind of worth it as its through a reliable courier ☺️
