I just called customer support to see why I received an email saying my click and collect order would be refunded if I didn’t pick it up in 24 hours. I ordered it on Sunday - 5 days ago The lady who I spoke to was absolutely rude- after waiting 7 min for them to pick up, she was blunt and said I had to pick it up when they said or it would be refunded. I told her it hasn’t even been 7 days . She couldn’t care less. When I asked her why they do that, a blunt answer saying no that’s what the website says. Her tone and over phone attitude was disgusting. It definitely made me think twice before shopping with them again.
