Bought the 3000lbs atlantic boat winch, after 3 uses the thing started to seize up, had to physically hold the in-out control cord in and lots of mechanical issues. Rang Anaconda, first time got told no warranty, which was incorrect, second time got sent a return slip and requested a refund, rang every other week for 3 months before anything was done, instead of a refund they sent another one so now have to wait another 2-3 weeks for a refund!! Anaconda customer service is an absolute joke!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!
